what to do next?
Thank you for your interest in our pitch management software. We have set up a trial account for you. It means you can start collecting information about your pitch maintenance, pitch condition, teamwork and machine usage straight away to get your real experience with GrasPro.
How to do it? Please follow a few steps:
Step 1 – Login to your account
To access GrasPro pitch management system, please follow the following steps:
- Click on the link: gras.pro or type it into the browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
- Click on “Login” in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter or copy-paste your login details
- To change the language, go to the top right corner and click on your email address, then select your language.
Step 2 – Set up your account
Please start by adding information to Settings:
- Your Suppliers, Fertilisers, Seeds
- Your Club, Teams, and pitch Usage categories
Completing this section allows you to quickly add daily activities in Diary.
Step 3 – Start using the system
When you are finished, go to Diary, select an activity, and add information, for example:
- Mowing
- Irrigation

Step 4 – Add your pitch test results
- To add pitch Test results, please use your own login details at test.gras.pro
- To view the Test results, please go to gras.pro, to Statistics, and select Test: Moisture, Traction, Firmness.
To use the system on your phone, tablet, or laptop, just simply type in gras.pro in your browser and login.
