You are here, so you have received your account login details from us. Now it’s time for the next steps.
You can read through our Quick Start Guide and learn step-by-step how the system works and how to set it up. Just simply click the download button.
However, if you have already seen the Demo, you can start by setting up your account and start adding data. Follow these 4 simple steps below.
Step 1 – Login to your account
To access GrasPro pitch management system, please follow the following steps:
- Click on the link: gras.pro or type it into the browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
- Click on “Login” in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter or copy-paste your login details
- To change the language, go to the top right corner and click on your email address, then select your language.

Step 2 – Set up your account
Please start by adding information to Settings:
- Your Suppliers, Fertilisers, Seeds
- Your Club, Teams, and pitch Usage categories
Completing this section allows you to quickly add daily activities in Diary.

Step 3 – Start using the system
When you are finished, go to Diary, select an activity, and add information, for example:
- Mowing
- Irrigation

Step 4 – Add your pitch test results
- To add pitch Test results, please use your own login details at test.gras.pro
- To view the Test results, please go to gras.pro, to Statistics, and select Test: Moisture, Traction, Firmness.
